Not Over Yet (week 1)

Have you ever felt like everything was falling apart, like your story was over before it even began? In Luke 8, we meet Jairus, a respected leader who faced the ultimate interruption: his daughter was dying. But in the midst of desperation, he fell at Jesus' feet, realizing that titles and influence couldn't save his precious child. Sometimes, it takes a crisis to push us towards Jesus.

When the news came that Jairus' daughter had died, it seemed like the end. But Jesus declared, "Do not be afraid. Only believe." People may say it's over, but Jesus has the final say. Just as He breathed life back into Jairus' daughter, He can breathe new life into your hopeless situations.

Today, if you feel like it's over—if your relationships, dreams, or faith seem beyond repair—remember: if Jesus is in the story, it's not over yet. He specializes in turning interruptions into miracles. Respond to His call, believe in His power, and watch as he resurrects what was once dead. It's not over yet.
